The ClockTraining without a timer is a mistake. Without a clock, you naturally slow down when it gets hard. You take longer breaks when you're bored, and you quit when you "feel" like it.

- A round creates a "no-excuse" window. When the clock is running, you work. When it stops, you rest.
- The Result
- You stop doing "junk miles" - half-hearted effort that doesn't make you faster or stronger. The timer forces you to stay at high intensity until the job is done.

The Metronome, Combo Call & Combo GenMost people have "sloppy" timing. They move too fast and burn out, or they have no real pace to their movements. If you can't control your rhythm, you can't control the fight.

- The metronome forces you to stay on a specific beat. Combo Call takes it further — calling out punches, blocks, head movement, and footwork at your chosen tempo so you have to react in rhythm, not just keep one. Combo Gen builds custom combinations on demand from your own technique pool, so you're never short of fresh sequences to drill.

The Reflection Log & Fight ScanHard work is only half the battle. If you don't identify exactly what went wrong in a session, your brain will repeat that same mistake tomorrow. Most people stay at the same level for years because they never look at their own data.

- We use a written Reflection Log after every session, plus Fight Scan — a frame-by-frame video tool that lets you mark up any footage (sparring, drills, pad work, shadow boxing, fights), draw on the frame, and log timestamped voice or text notes so you can revisit exactly what went wrong and what to fix.

- You stop guessing. You see exactly what tripped you up today — in your own words and on your own footage — so you can solve it in your next session.
THE SYSTEM

The Round
Work against the clock. Use the metronome, fire up Combo Call, or pull a fresh sequence from Combo Gen to keep your pace steady and your reactions sharp.

The Reflection Log
After every session, open the Reflection Log and answer three questions: What happened? So what does it mean? Now what will you change? Add an RPE score to track effort over time. It takes two minutes and forces the lesson to stick.

The Scan
Open Fight Scan, load any footage — sparring, drills, pads, shadow, or fights — and break it down frame by frame. Draw on the frame, stamp the moment, and add a voice or text note.
